The opportunity to take Soona's classes is a true delight. This remarkable teacher gracefully combines patience and candor, guiding her students with a special benevolence. I feel extremely privileged and happy to learn at her side and benefit from her expertise.

It has been more than 6 months that I am taking korean class with Soona and I should say that I am very happy of it! Soona is very patient and, at the same time, she pushes me to surpass myself. If I say a sentence that is too simple, she guides me so that I try to remember certain elements of grammar or vocabulary that we have seen previously. Even if sometimes I feel demotivated because I have the impression of not speaking Korean well and that I often forget the concepts learned due to lack of time to revise, she encourages me and remains positive in our lessons. A big thank you, Soona! I look forward to continuing learning Korean with you.

Soona is an amazing teacher! I've now had lessons with her for almost a year and I went from barely being able to string together a sentence to talking about all kinds of interesting topics. She is incredibly flexible, fun, good at explaining concepts and also giving you exercises that allow you to apply those concepts immediately. I'm currently doing her writing challenge, which I can also highly recommend. There's new topics all the time, so you constantly have to learn about new words and sayings in order to get your point across. It's been a big part of expanding my vocabulary/improving my grammar and it has really helped me gain confidence when producing sentences. The feedback is great because you get grammatical/semantical corrections as well as more native-like alternative suggestions that you can learn from.

I feel blessed to know such an incredible teacher with whom I can study Korean. You are very lucky if you try a lesson with her because you won’t waste time with other teacher to learn Korean. Repetition is key and she does it the best !
