Hi everyone! My name is Laia and I am from Barcelona, Spain. I have lived in the Netherlands and Belgium since i left Barcelona 6 years ago. I got my BSc in Biotechnology in the University of Barcelona and after that, my MSc in Management from the University in Delft, the Nederlands. Right now I live in the south of Nederlands working in a Chemical Company in Logistics. In my free time, I love to read about history, economics and also novels. I also enjoy a lot meeting up with friends and traveling as much as I can. I have also started a new project which is a podcast to help Spanish students to improve their comprehension skills. Yo como profesor

What I liked the most was the satisfaction of having encouraged someone to see studying as important and not as a boring mandatory activity. I always loved languages and to help fellow students, so now I´m looking forward to doing that again. I am also a very friendly, sympathetic person that is always there to give a hand and hear what you need.

Mis clases y método de enseñanza

In the classes, we can focus more on grammar, vocabulary, or conversation. I will organize a plan depending on each student to satisfy your needs and level. I have thought students that they are beginning and just want to be more comfortable speaking in the new language but also others that want to perfect it and answer their questions. For this reason, I use different methods for teaching: we can use a more strict method and focus on exercises in one of the teaching books, we can also practice some dialogs, we can have a chat or we can play some games like Kahoot where you practise but in a more interactive and fun way.

Laia was so lovely! We had a short trial lesson, in which we got to know each other a tiny bit, and worked on things I have some difficulties with. It's very easy to speak with her and she has good materials prepared.
