I've been taking lessons with Wendy for almost two years now and I cannot recommend 선생님 enough. She plans out our lessons in advance and meets my needs perfectly. I feel I progressed a lot since we started our sessions!

Lessons with Wendy give me confidence and satisfaction. I have tried to self-study before but it was nowhere as effective as live sessions with Wendy. I am so grateful to finally be able to make visible progress! Wendy encourages me to speak and make my own sentences even if I make mistakes. With Wendy, mistakes are a chance to get better, not something to be ashamed of! I will definitely be continuing my lessons for a long long time :)

My favorite thing about Wendy is how she is able to see my progress and provide positive feedback. She makes sure that I understand the specific part / sentence that we are working on before continuing. Another great thing is Wendy's teaching material. She explains things in very great detail and very easy to understand. She even tailors it to my specific needs with the extra sentences. I'm always looking forward to my next lesson!

Wendy is amazing at balancing encouraging me to express myself, correcting my mistakes, explaining things until I understand and sugesting new ways in which I can push myself. It's part of the reason why I've consistently been taking lessons with her in the past three years. I honestly can't recommend her enough!

Wendy is extremely patient and organized. She's very knowledgeable and flexible in assessing student needs and tailoring a curriculum based on those needs. She focuses on the fundamentals, which are essential in language learning. Wendy provides detailed, timely feedback on what you're doing well, what you've improved on, and what still needs work. I'm always amazed at how much we can accomplish each lesson as the time seems to fly by, and the session is over before you know it! If you're looking for an excellent Korean teacher, look no further than Wendy!
