Hello! My name is Lamzira, and I am a native Georgian speaker living in Georgia. I am a qualified English and Russian teacher with 25 years of experience in language education. I teach English at a public school, working with students of all levels, and I have been tutoring English and Russian for many years. Additionally, I have taught Georgian to Russian- and English-speaking adults who want to learn the language for communication. I also have experience tutoring Peace Corps Volunteers in both Georgian and Russian.

My primary goal is to help students speak fluently and confidently, without fear or embarrassment. Beyond vocabulary and grammar, I introduce students to the rich world of Georgian culture. I have been studying with Mrs. Lamzira for 4 months and she has been a patient and consistent teacher. She uses level appropriate material, provides homework to reinforce lessons and gives ample time for discussion to practice talking. In addition, she has a very cheerful and helpful manner. I recommend her as a highly qualified teacher.
