Megumi

A very fun lesson with a lot of new vocabulary, Megumi sensei was very patient, as always. I highly recommend her lessons! ありがとうございました！

Very friendly and easy to talk to - even though I barely speak Japanese, we were able to mostly communicate in Japanese. :)

Just had a trial lesson with Megumi, and she is a star! What a wonderful teacher! She sticks to Japanese only, which I really like (but she also has English for when it's really necessary), she speaks slowly and clearly, and - even though I'm a beginner - I felt like we had a really good conversation! Thank you Megumi.... I'm definitely going to be booking more lessons!

I have been studying with Megumi for a couple of years now and the lessons are great as always! Her approach is very structured. We go through a textbook (currently 上級で学ぶ日本語). First, I listen to the text and we check how much I understood from hearing. Then I read the text where we check the comprehension, content-wise, but also vocabulary and grammar. Later on, we review the grammar and Kanji in detail. Megumi incorporates writing and speaking exercises as well which helps to learn the language from all necessary aspects. I can only recommend her lessons.

We finished the Tobira textbook today 🎉 Megumi asked me in advance what kind of material we want to review and prepared some material that suited my needs. The book took me quite some time to get through and understand, but I have come a long way since then. Thanks a lot. I am looking forward to the next lesson.
