Hello, my name is Delphine and I have been teaching French as a foreign language since 2006. I graduated in FLE from a French-speaking university and after living and teaching in Brussels for a few years, I lived in Asia for 10 years and returned to France in 2021. I currently live near Toulouse.

Yo como profesor
Patient and attentive, I find it important to create a space where people feel confident and dare to make mistakes. My greatest pleasure is to see my students become independent in French in a friendly atmosphere. Visual and needing structure as a student, I am concerned with making my students progress in a structured way as well, using manuals that provide a basis, which I combine with exercises, videos, audios, texts, discussion topics and varied games to avoid monotony. My materials are therefore varied and numerous, and I send them to you on Italki after the lesson.Mis clases y método de enseñanza
During our first meeting, we will discuss your goals, level and learning preferences. I offer three type of lessons, please look under "lessons and availability".
I prepare oral and written expressions for the DELF/DALF/TCF/TEF exams, for which I give the topics in advance. PLEASE note that you can take as many prep exams lessons as you want, if you don't have the level, you won't get the wanted diploma. Make sure you have sufficient knowledge in the target level before.
You will of course get more out of the lessons by taking notes and rereading them very regularly. Perseverance and regularity are indeed the keys to motivating progress!Mi material didáctico

Honestly - there isn't a better than Delphine. I've said it before - but I've gone from zero, I mean ZERO French to speaking it throughout our classes. I look back on our lessons and the positive reinforcement and encouragement that Delphine gives you before, during and after our lessons is unmatched. If you stick with the lessons, stay consistent and listen to the advice Delphine gives you - your French skills will skyrocket. I cannot say enough about how wonderful it is to have Delphine as a teacher. Merci comme toujours Delphine !
