I enjoy classes with 수 선생님, as they are always well structured and fit very well my current level of Korean, at the same time pushing me to do more and learn something new step by step. What I find helpful is that she has a lot of experience with different cultures and languages, and as a result, she is open and understands the process of learning a new language and knows how she can help you improve. Therefore, I will keep learning with 수선생님!

I had only spoken to another person in Korean twice before we started our lessons but Su 선생님 is helping to grow my confidence and keeps me laughing at my dumb mistakes. Su is really good at explaining the subtle differences in meaning/usage etc. for different words, particles, or grammar structures and is quickly helping me fill in any gaps I have in those areas from self-studying. Our lessons are a highlight in my week.

After completing one package of conversation lessons with 수 선생님, I feel that I'm relatively more comfortable during a Korean conversation now. 수 선생님 has a strong command of English and is able to explain little differences well / quick to understand what you want to express. She has brought to my attention many areas of improvement that I could work on for pronunciation and intonation. She also kindly recorded an audio file for my reference and practice. I hope more students can benefit from her teaching!

As usual, 수 선생님 was wonderful. Her classes are always right at my level, while still pushing and expecting more from me. It's very motivating and helpful. I've found myself walking around and making sentences in my house about what I'm doing as I'm gaining confidence in actually constructing sentences and speaking the language. I was definitely not doing that a month ago. I intend to be a student with 수 for a long time. 감사합니다!

It was great to have a conversation with Su! I really appreciated that she took notes while we were talking and sent them to me afterwards so I can review. She was friendly and made me feel comfortable despite my speaking skills being rusty. Thanks Su!

I have had a few Korean teachers in the past, but none have explained concepts quite as clearly as 수 선새님. She always amazes me in the way she introduces new material, and I feel like I’ve gotten a better grasp at how Korean works. She is great at explaining nuances and how phrases work in certain situations. I love her classes and hope to continue studying with her in the future.
