I've taken classes with Karen for almost 2 weeks now, and really appreciate her positive attitude, patience, and willingness to go along with my ideas. For each class, we start out with a conversation and then listen to a podcast where I can practice my comprehension and ask questions that Karen answers about words, phrases, and figures of speech. Thanks so much Karen!

Karen is a very professional teacher. I have taken 3 lessons when I was in Bolivia. Karen gave me a lot of information about a local culture. I knew some local expressions. We checked and compared phrases from Spanish in Argentina, Peru and Bolivia. I was impressed! Karen is an energetic, patient and have deep knowledge in the subject. I strongly recommend her

I have taken many classes with Karen now - she is an enthusiastic yet patient teacher who also corrects many of my grammar & oral mistakes. Karen is also very open to the lesson format. Sometimes, we listen to podcasts to practice comprehension; other times we just talk and practice conversation. Overall, I have really enjoyed my time with Karen and will continue taking lessons :)
