Today we spoke about Lisa's latest trip to ena which is known for the autumn colors.
It is a local tourist spot, but there were also unexpectedly many foreign tourists.
however, the autumn leaves season was only just starting so Lisa might go back later. I am already looking forward to the pictures!

Today we spoke about the kaisekiryouri restaurant that Lisa sensei went to. The food looked very traditional and tasty.
The restaurant itself looked very cute.
There were a lot of dishes and Lisa sensei explained very well what they were.
I'm looking forward to having kaisekiryouri one day!

Today we spoke about my visit to Utrecht. I showed Lisa sensei pictures of the Miffy traffic light that we talked about last week.
I also showed her a Miffy statue which is close by but not as well known.
I ended my trip with a visit to a indian vegetarian restaurant. It was very tasty.
The next day I visited a light festival. We briefly spoke about it as I visit it every year.
Lisa then told me about all the tram networks in Japan. Most of them are old fashioned and cute. but a new one in Utsunomiya is very modern and looks almost European! It was interesting to see they are still building new tram networks.

Today we spoke about table top games. It is interesting to see that the games that are being played in Japan are very different from the ones that are played in Europe.
In Europe there are many adults who play these games on a regular basis, but it doesn't seem to be so popular in Japan.
We also spoke about the miffy traffic lights in Utrecht. We don't have a lot of special characters in the Netherlands so it is interesting to see these traffic lights.
Lisa sensei told me about the trains in Japan that are fuly characters themed. Like the kitty chan train between Kansai airport and Osaka and Kyoto.
There is also a Cinnamoroll train near her area. I think it's really nice to have these kinds of special trains! :-D

Today we spoke about the downpour that was happening in Japan during the lesson.
We talked about land slides and other risks that Japan encounters during these kind of events.
We don't have them here in the Netherlands because we don't have mountains.
We then spoke about good travel destinations in the Netherlands for a first visit.
The keukenhof is famous, but it's only open in the spring because that is the season for flowers.
Amsterdam is also very famous, it has a lot of traditional buildings, but there are a lot of tourists.
We also spoke about my visit of an Indian festival in my town this weekend. I are a lot of tasty dishes :-D
