Very encouraging teacher! My daughter has been with her over a year now.

My daughter really enjoys the lessons and I appreciate Susie's flexibility in adapting the lessons to our needs. Susie is super organized and always sends a summary of what was learned including new vocabulary for reinforcement. It is evident that she really enjoys teaching. Thanks Susie! We look forward to more lessons in the future!

Had over 10 lessons with Susie now. She always makes an effort to customise her classes for the students' needs and has a good variety of exercises. I always learn new words and come away with a better overall understanding of Mandarin from her classes. Very good teacher. Would highly recommend.

I asked four different Chinese teachers to help me with the same (difficult) problem I’d been having. Susie gave me BY FAR the best lesson (much better than my in-person Chinese university professor). She had thought about it and prepared explanations and examples, and we had a wonderful discussion. She’s *extremely* responsive to my needs and questions, and spends so much of her own (unpaid) time preparing lessons (for which she still charges so little!). I really enjoy each and every lesson, and have learned so much from her (again, more than from my in-person University class).
