Hello! My name is Yohan. I’m from Buenos Aires, Argentina 🇦🇷 Teaching while traveling is one of my passions. Languages have opened doors for me, allowing me to experience new cultures and meet amazing people all around the world. I also love learning languages and have recently been trying to learn French and Japanese. In my spare time, I also enjoy exercising, in particular swimming, polo, golf and water polo, and spending time with my Labrador dog. I look forward to hearing about your interests and discussing anything we may have in common!

Yo como profesor
I have been teaching English and Spanish, both online and in-person, for 7 years. I love teaching students from all over the world, so we can share about our experiences, cultures, and interests. I hold a 120-hour TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) certification, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Education 📜 from the University of Palermo. I use a variety of materials, such as PowerPoints, readings, maps, audios, videos, etc. In this way, my students can develop the 4 modes of communication (listening, speaking, reading writing). I, like my students, I have learned foreign languages, so I know the difficulties that it entails. Thus, in each class, I try to create an interesting and captivating environment. While I provide feedback when appropriate, I generally try to conduct the class as though we are friends having a conversation. My first class with Yohan - super chap. Clearly bright and gives some real thought to how he teaches. I don't have a secure level of Spanish, but he allowed me to blunder through in a positive way and his feedback was spot on.
