Hello, my name is Cynthia, I am from Hamburg, Germany. My fluent languages are German, English and Spanish. I have lived in five countries before the age of 22, including Spain (Barcelona), England (Lancaster), Poland (Szczecin) and Mexico (Tijuana). I currently live in Cancun, Mexico.
I also work as the Assitant of the Honorary Consul of Germany in Cancun.
I am the Author of the children book ´Two little Astronauts, One big Adventure´ that you can find on Amazon in four languages.

Yo como profesor
My English and Spanish Level is C2 Proficiency. I have learned English and Spanish from Scratch and know exactly what is important and necessary for successful results. I have been teaching for many years. I started giving classes to Neighbour´s Children at the age of 18. Since than I have mostly taught Adults who want to improve their Conversation Skills or prepare for Exams. The focus is bettering your fluency and confidence talking German as well as learning lots of new vocabulary on the way.Mis clases y método de enseñanza
I like to adapt to my students wishes so that learning a language becomes a fun activity instead of a burden. In the first thirty minutes I find out the current Level and you by asking a few questions. My classes are based on Conversation, Conversation+Grammar and Exam-Preparation. (Homework included in the two latter).
For me, fun is a key-factor, because learning becomes so much easier when we enjoy it.
Remember, with persistence and consistency, results will be inevitable.
Rules: Classes have to be cancelled 48 h or rescheduled 24h before.
I don´t give spontaneous classes outside of the calendar.Mi material didáctico

Today, I had my first lesson with Cynthia. It was a great experience. She was very engaged, made corrections when I struggled, and always asked follow-on questions that progressed the conversation. I will enjoy learning from her as I continue learning the German language.

I have lessons with Cynthia for more than 1 year already. She is a person that is easy to talk with. As a teacher she let speak person, but also make corrections if it needed in good manners (not interuppting the whole speach and not making correction every second word, which is very annoying with some other teachers...). The topics are diffrent every time, and I do not feel like I need to come up with some ideas to speak about, which means she is prepared. I had lessons with many other teachers on this platform, and I can truly recommend Cynthia.
