Hello! My name is David. I am a fully qualified Level 5 TEFL Teacher. I have over 10 years experience of teaching exclusively adults in language schools both on line and face to face. Before teaching I worked in the world of telecommunications both in the UK and Spain. In the UK I was involved in projects and management of a small specialized team working in the area of negotiations. In Spain in the area of customer service.
Hobbies include traveling round Mexico, parts of USA, and many parts of Europe. Also India and Egypt.
My interests past and present: sailing, dragon boat racing, hiking, walking, some camping, biking, gym, keep fit and sports nutrition. Reading books in SpanishMostrar traducción

I am a good listener with my main focus being on encouragement and motivation. I started learning Spanish well after leaving school so I know that there can be many challenges in learning a second language. Sessions are focused around your needs as an intermediate to proficiency level B1 to C2. Business English is my main area of expertise but not exclusively so. I will encourage you to talk practicing the English you already have and develop it further using articles, audio, videos and presentation information. I have been working with David for over 2 years and during this time I have improved my English communication skills not only in depth but also in breadth.
In addition to business English, I learn from David the difference in the use of certain words and expressions in American and British English, as well as some cultural peculiarities of these countries.
During each session I receive extensive feedback from David, which I find very productive in improving my language skills.
