#06 「安静离职」 风潮激发年轻人强烈共鸣

The Harvard study on happiness, known as "The Good Life," began in 1939 and followed a group of 724 men throughout their lives to explore what factors contribute to a happy and satisfying life. The study found that close and fulfilling relationships, physical and mental wellbeing, resilience, and gratitude were all important factors for a happy life.

In contrast, the "other" happiness that is promoted through consumerism and social media popularity can have negative consequences on individuals' mental and emotional health. The constant pursuit of material goods and a perfect image on social media can lead to stress, anxiety, and a sense of inadequacy. The true happiness comes from satisfying interpersonal relationships, physical and mental health, and meaningful activities that give us a sense of purpose and meaning in life.

日本語では早口言葉、と言って、小さい時には時々遊んだりします。さすがに大人になるとほとんど言わないですね。

日本語学習者のみなさんの口ならしになると思いますので、さっそくやってみましょう！

・生麦生米生卵　なまむぎなまごめなまたまご

どうですか？もう1度言いますね。
では、みなさん、どうぞ！マ行が続くので言い難いですね。

では次の言葉。

これはカ行の練習ですね。
拗音、キャも入るので、これもむずかしいですね。

最後はこれです。

北海道なので、雪にまつわる言葉を選びました。これはサ行と拗音も入るので、これも簡単ではないですね。
