Sono Simona Gentili e questo è il mio podcast “semi-professionale” per chiunque abbia voglia di ascoltare cinque minuti di interviste e parole al vento…. O libere come il vento.
Quello che state ascoltando è il mio ultimo podcast per il 2024 (duemilaventiquattro).
Ho iniziato per gioco. 
Ho continuato per divertimento e per dare sfogo alla mia creatività.
Concludo l’anno con piacere.
Il piacere di avervi incontrato, per lo più virtualmente, ma qualche volta anche di persona. Anche solo una volta.
E il piacere di fare quello che mi piace e di farlo come mi piace.
Non vi chiederò e non vi dirò qual è il bilancio dell’anno che è passato.
Ma vi dirò che la parola del 2024, secondo me, è “DISQUISIRE”.

今回は日本のNEWSについてです。

厚生労働省はアルコール摂取量のガイドラインを作っている

年末の忘年会シーズンがはじまっています。

今、厚生労働省では、アルコール摂取量のガイドラインを作っているそうです。

日本らしいニュースだなと感じたので、今日はこのトピックです。


ガイドライン案では、生活習慣病のリスクを高める飲酒量を、1日当たりの「純アルコール量」で、男性は40グラム以上、女性は20グラム以上を摂取した場合としたうえで、体質などによってはより少ない量にすることが望ましいとしています。  また、男女とも、1回の飲酒で「純アルコール量」を60グラム以上摂取すると、急性アルコール中毒などが起きる可能性があるため、避けるべきだと注意を呼びかけています。

ちなみに、お酒の量に換算すると、純アルコール量20グラムにあたるのは、  ▼度数が5％のビールは500ミリリットル。 ▼12％のワインは小さいグラス2杯分の200ミリリットル。 ▼25％の焼酎は100ミリリットル。

などがあるようです。


ぼくはこのNEWSを聞いて、本当に日本だなと感じました。
強制力のないルールを作って、国民に守ってもらうように促す。そんな感じですね。

実際、このルールができても、はじめは気にする人がいるけど、だんだんみんな忘れていくんじゃないかな、と思います。
