I hope that journaling will help me stop wasting time scrolling on social mediate and media in general. Journaling is basically just writing stuff on paper. You could write about anything and it it doesn't even have to make sense. The important thing is to start writing and a little every day and do this consistently. You can do it in your native language and even in English if you're feeling brave. Listen to my podcast for more journaling benefits and ideas on what to journal about.
