In today's episode, a Ukrainian student, Kateryna, talks about the day that she met the war, and how her life in Kiev has changed in recent months. This is not a political podcast; it is the heart-wrenching story from the mouth of one student who has been affected by the conflict. In the podcast, Kateryna talks about how she was over 1,000km from her children when the fighting started, and her journey to find safety as war raged around her. She also speaks about the little creature comforts she misses from home, and how her love for her husband has grown even stronger since the outbreak of the war.
