I hope that journaling will help me stop wasting time scrolling on social mediate and media in general. Journaling is basically just writing stuff on paper. You could write about anything and it it doesn't even have to make sense. The important thing is to start writing and a little every day and do this consistently. このPodcastは、日本語を勉強しているみなさんに向けたPodcastです。


みなさんはどんなスポーツが好きですか？
見る方が好きですか？
する方が好きですか？

今日は日本のスポーツについて少し話します。
今でこそ、いろんなスポーツのプロリーグがあります。
テレビだけではなく、今ならDAZNなど、いろんなサービスで好きなスポーツを見ることができます。

僕はバスケットボールが好きなので、日本のプロリーグB leagueや NBAの試合結果やハイライトが気軽に見れるのはとても嬉しいです。

昔は、ほぼ野球一択でした。野球しか見るものがなかったし、ほとんどの人が野球が好きでした。その後はサッカーですかね。

当時、テレビではスポーツといえば野球！というぐらい、野球しか放送していなかったです。ぼくは野球はするのは好きでしたけど、見るのはあんまり好きじゃなかったです。バスケットボールやサッカーのように攻守の切り替えが早いスポーツが好きです。

でも同年代や年上の人たちはみんな野球の話が好きだったので、そういう空気、雰囲気があんまり好きではなかったですね。あわせないといけない感じがしていて、窮屈きゅうくつな感じがしていました。今は、会社から独立して、大きなグループには属していないので、そういった集団の好みにあわせる、よせる必要がなくなったのは、とても楽になりました。

これはコロナの副産物ですが、個人的には、好きではない人に会う機会が減ったのは良いことだと思います。ストレス少なく生活できますからね。

ということで、ひと昔前の日本の少し偏ったスポーツに関する好み？について話しました。日本人がみんな野球を好きなわけではないですよ！少なくともぼくはそうではないです。

以前アメリカの方と話していた時に、アメリカの4大スポーツを見ていない、興味がない、という話を聞きました。その時に、自分も日本で同じように野球見ないなと思ったので、この話をしました。
