By providing employees with the tools and knowledge to advance their careers, HR can create a more self-sufficient and engaged workforce.

To effectively address micromanagement through upskilling, HR should conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps within the organization. Tailored training programs can then be developed to address these deficiencies. Additionally, mentoring and coaching opportunities can be provided to support employees as they develop new skills.
