私の夫はハンサムじゃありません。My husband is not hansom.
私の夫は忙しいです。My husband is busy.
彼は、暇じゃありません。My husband doesn’t have any free times. 
マットさんの彼女はきれいです。Mr. Matt’s girlfriend is beautiful.
