난 스킨을 바른 후에, 집중적으로 수분크림을 바르면, 좀 낫더라고. 
我一般涂完爽肤水后, 再集中涂抹保湿霜, 就会好一些。 

나도 해 봐야겠다. 난 인터넷으로 검색만 해봤었거든.
我也要试试。我只在网上搜过。 

행동이 생각보다 훨씬 중요해. 몸 속 수분도 중요하니까, 
물도 자주 마시면 좋아질 거야. 
行动永远比想法重要。体内的水分也很重要, 经常喝水会好起来的。
