The recorded 'live' lectures that I will upload are with students that I currently teach. You will hear me ask and answer many questions, and you can practice pronunciation and improve your listening skills for free from each episode. 

My objective is for you to have the courage to book classes with me so you can speak like a native with confidence.

こんにちは。のぞみです。
みんなの日本語　８課です。　い形容詞とな形容詞です。
がんばりましょう。では、聞いてください。

A:このワイン、たかいです。１００００円です。
B:うわー、たかいですね。どこのワインですか。（where is the wine from?）
A:　オーストラリアのワインです。
B：えーっ、おかしいです。（it’s strange!）オーストラリアのワインはあまり高くないですよ。
これは、２５００円です。
A:　いいですね。

A:きょうの東京（とうきょう）は、あまりあつくないです。(not too hot)
雨です。
なつは、とてもあついです。(very hot)

A:東京（とうきょう）は　にぎやかです。しずかじゃありません。
でも、べんりなまちです。たのしいです。

A:アンドリューさん、おげんきですか。
B:いいえ、げんきじゃありません。いそがしいです。ひまじゃありません。
A:あー、そうですか。気（き）をつけてください。(take care of yourself)

A:　うわー。車でケータイ！！！　自転車（じてんしゃ）でスマホ！！
よくないです。よくないです。わるいです。

A:日本語（にほんご）はやさしいですか。Is Japanese easy to understand?
Bやさしくないです。むずかしいです。

A:冬休み（ゆふやすみ）、奈良（なら）に行（い）きます。
B；奈良（なら）はどんなまちですか。
A:しずかなまちです。
ふるいまちです。
にぎやかじゃないまちです。
いいまちです。

五福 wǔ fú ：five blessings (longevity, wealth, health, love of virtue, and natural death)
鸿运 hóng yùn：good luck; great blessing
圆满 yuán mǎn：satisfactory; perfect
连连 lián lián：repeatedly;again and again; one after another
今天是2024年2月4日星期六，农历正月十五。
在中国农历正月是元月，古代称夜为“宵”，所以是一年中第一个月圆之夜。正月十五名为“元宵节”也叫“上元节”。正月十五，祝你五福临门，鸿运当头、事事圆满、好运连连！
