もしくは、今使っていますか？

日本人は、小さいころは箸の持ち方を注意されるなど、箸の作法は家族の中で教えられることが多いと思います。

今回は、箸の使い方で気をつけてほしいものをピックアップしてお話しします。


嫌い箸
移り箸ー一旦取りかけてから、他の料理を取る
迷い箸ーどれを取ろうか、料理の上で箸を動かすこと
渡し箸ーご飯の途中で箸を食器の上に置くこと
寄せ箸ー料理の入った器を箸で寄せること
刺し箸ー料理に箸を刺すこと
指し箸ー食事中に箸で人をさすこと


などがあります。
細かく分類すると、もっとたくさんあるみたいですが、今日はこれだけにしておきます。

日本の文化は独特ですが、覚えておくと、日本人とのコミュニケーションが少しスムーズになるかもしれませんね。
