Las verduras orientales tienen nombres regionales difíciles de pronunciar: ¿tun kua?, ¿tai choi?, ¿bu jao? Lo pa es un rábano blanco; shi shuan es la pimienta china y tofu, el queso de soya. Enormes bolas de sabor son los quesos gouda holandeses, que se exhiben en algunas de las cremerías.  negocio con un siglo de tradición, herencia de la abuela. Españoles, italianos, franceses, holandeses, argentinos… la Torre de Babel desfila en busca de los mejores quesos europeos y artesanías culinarias.

このPodcastは、日本語を楽しく勉強しているみなさんに向けたPodcastです。

ぼくの日常生活の話を聞くことで、日本語のリスニングをよくしたり、新しい言葉を知ってもらえたらいいなと思います。


ぼくと妻は今週からトルコに来ています。
その話です。

今日のトルコ、イスタンブールの気温は14℃です。
涼しい、というより少し寒いですね。

今日でトルコに来て5日目です。
感触は良いです。

ー感触(かんしょく)は普通さわったときの感じを言います。
ここで使っている感触は良いです、は、ここに来て、好きなものがある、とか、嫌なことが少ない、とか、生活できそうな気がする、みたいな意味で使っています。

とても良い感じ、ということですね。
景色、人、食べ物、物価など、生活するのにとても良いと思います。これはまた少しずつ話します。

いやだなぁと感じることは、タバコがどこでも吸えることと、そのタバコをどこでも捨てること、ですね。
他の人のタバコの煙、副流煙(ふくりゅうえん)と言いますが、それが多いです。間違いなく、日本より多いです。


本題です。
ぼくたちは、イスタンブールには3か月ぐらいいる予定です。今の場所には1か月、滞在します。


ですので、生活をととのえることが必要です。
生活をととのえる、とは、
毎日ここに住むために必要なものを買ったり、
部屋の中を整理したり、
ルーティンを決めることです。

具体的には、

食事に必要なオリーブオイルや米を買いました。
調味料はとりあえず塩だけ買いました。
それから、部屋にチェストと棚があるので、日常的に使うものだけ、スーツケースから出して入れました。
ルーティンは日本に住んでいた時と似ていますが、起きたら歩くか走る、帰ってきたらトレーニングをして、シャワーを浴びます。その後朝ご飯を食べて、日本語のレッスンをします。

いろんなことが決まると気持ちが落ち着きます。
安心しますね。
毎日、同じようなリズムで生きることを大切にしたいなと思います。
