我从现在年轻人的表达当中我没有看到个性，我看到的是共性。我很少很少看到一个年轻人，给我有个性的表达，让我一惊。我*，这话，他这么说？这么看？我几乎看不到。语言都趋同，表达方式趋同，词语趋同。我不觉得今天的孩子比我们那会儿孩子更有个性，真的一点没有。为什么？还是因为你们每个人有个手机，有一个网络。网络和整个的媒体在教你们怎么说话。然后你们统一性越来越强。

译文translation:
I can't see the personality in the expressions of young people now, what I see is the commonality. I seldom see a young man who gives me a speech of personality that surprises me. Which can makes me think ‘Why did he say that? Why did he have this idea?’ I can barely see it. Languages are the same, the way they speak are the same, and words are the same. I don't think the young people now have stronger personality than our times, really not at all. Why? That’s because each of you has a cell phone, the Internet and the entire media is teaching you how to speak. Then you guys become more and more unifie.

今日もジョージアでPodcastを録っています。

今回は日本のニュース、ドラゴンボールの作者、鳥山明さんが亡くなりました、ということについて話します。

ニュースの内容を読みます。
これは、NHKのニュースです。

「DRAGON BALL」や「Dr.スランプ」など、魅力的なキャラクターが登場する世界的な人気作品を次々に生み出した漫画家の鳥山明さんが今月1日、亡くなりました。68歳でした。

僕は小学生から中学生までドラゴンボールを読んでいました。

特に小学生の時は大好きでした。
学校のマンガコンクール、というのがありました。
ぼくは5年と6年の時に、それに応募しました。

その時に描いた絵はドラゴンボールの絵でした。
そして、何か賞をもらったと思います。

もともとマンガのような絵を描くのは好きでしたが、その賞をもらったことで、もっと好きになったと思います。

今は絵を描いていません。
このことを思い出したので、何か絵を描こうかなと思いました。


ドラゴンボールで好きな戦いは、
悟空対ベジータ
ですね。

当時はこの戦いでドラゴンボールが終わるかも⁈とドキドキしながら読んだことを覚えています。


それから、今回のニュースで驚いたことは、
中国政府が公式のコメントがあったことや、
アメリカNBAの選手がドラゴンボールの絵が描いてあるシューズを履いていたこと、
世界のサッカーリーグが追悼するなど、
世界中の人が、ドラゴンボールに大きな影響を受けていたことを知りました。

日本語のレッスンでいろんな人と話をして、たくさんの人が日本のアニメをきっかけに日本語の学習をはじめていることも知りました。

改めて、日本人としてうれしい！と思いました。
そして、日本のおもしろいマンガをもっと世界のいろんな人に伝えようと思いました。
