Healthy diet is a balanced diet that is free of harmful substances. High level of carbohydrates and fat have many adverse effects on our health. To eat healthy, you have to eat vegetables, fruits and cereals everyday, and animal products every few days , and replace complex carbohydrates with simple ones and stay away of junk food.
