The first trying to make bread came in an awful result for me. As a rookie inside this wonderful bakery world, I made all typical mistakes that you ever imagine. For instance, I didn't know how to activate the dry yeast because I followed the instruction from a youtube tutorial in a strict way, and that made the bread came oy of the oven very hard. It was almost inedible, my mom said that I had developed a new weapon, as if you grabed the bread an hit someone's head you could kill him. That day ended up with a lot of laughter and my family giving my support to go on.
