Thanks to everyone who will correct me❤️ The first thing that I've learned on my skin to improve the sleep quality is to wait at least one hour and half before going to bed after the last meal, that has to be preferibily light and plant based. Being a morning person, the earlier I go to sleep, the better it is, because the day after I have more free time to enjoy out of my work schedule. I find also fundamental keeping away smartphone and any other technological devices, that with their led screens blind and tire the eyes.

True words indeed Giulia. I can assist you with how to structure your sentences. The placement of words is important and it's easy to learn. I would suggest learning about gerunds and infinitives which will be a huge advantage to your English. Your grammar and vocabulary is good and this is well written. Well done. Take care.
