Could you please give me some common ways of how to ask about the closure of the shop? I called one of the shops and asked something like "When you close?" And the lady told me "We are open"? I asked "when" meaning until what time it is open (!!), but the thing is that writing this I am checking the words in a dictionary, but when I speak to a real person especially the person with an accent I can't understand her and I can't be understood as well. So, please give me some good and natural phrases of asking about the time when the shop will get closed ("When the shop will be closed? " Like today at 5pm, 6 pm.) THANK YOU!

There are many ways of asking this: What time will you close today? When will the shop be closed? What are your opening hours? Hope this helps, Jessica! :)

Tip: In the West, opening hours for the majority of shops can be viewed on Google Maps.

The most precise would be: At what time do you close today? (This communicates the context that you are considering going there to do business today. It gives him information that ‘When do you close? ‘ does not.) Consider possible answers to the general question When do you close? that aren’t answers to At what time do you close today? At 9 during the week and 5 on Saturday. I close down once I’ve sold the day’s catch. When the lease runs out at the end of June.

1. When do you close today? 2. What time do you close today? 3. When are you closing today? 4. What time will the shop be closed today? 5. What are your trading hours= This question covers the shop's time of business for the whole week. It includes opening and closing times.
