Hey there,

you sound pretty young and I don't know how much you know about phonetics and phonology. So, instead of boring you with weird symbols and over the top explanations, I recorded myself reading the lyrics first like a poem and secondly with the emphasis on pronunciation.

It is very important to develop a strong sense of the sounds of your target language. That's why.

Each day for the next two weeks listen to it very closely and try to mimic me as perfectly as you can. After that, record yourself again and share the link. Then I will give you more feedback on how well you do.

I encourage you to become creative and play around with the sounds (e.g. try to pronounce it with a strong american accent and notice the difference in the feeling to when you mimic me perfectly)

Thank you so much Tobi! It's hard to hear the pronunciation from the old audio I found on Youtube. There doesn't seem to be any recent covers of it either so this means a lot. I will be back with results for sure!
