When you confirm the lesson as completed, you are prompted to give a star rating and leave a review. The prompt is super obvious, so I’m guessing you’ve never confirmed a lesson. That’s OK, since the lessons will automatically be confirmed after 72 hours. (It used to be a week, but some teachers got tired of waiting a “full week” for students who never confirmed. Personally, it makes no difference to me. In the business world, clients get 30 days to pay, and it's not as if the site paid out every single day, so what’s another 4 days in the grand scheme of things? That said, some teachers will appreciate it if you confirm at your earliest convenience. I couldn’t care less about that, but I really do appreciate all the reviews, although in my opinion, it’s not necessary for long term students to write one after every single class.)

Oh, I did confirm the lessons as soon as they're finished. The thing is, the confirmation screen lacked the comment box where I'm supposed to fill in my review. When I go back to the lessons, I see their status as confirmed and finished and the most recent one only took place yesterday.

Agree 100% with Phil. Within five to ten minutes of the scheduled lesson ending time you get a message prompt to confirm if the lesson was completed or there was a problem. If it was completed, you mark it as such and are then directed to a page where you can give a star rating (max 5) and also leave written feedback.

If you mark it as some problem (I never have) I guess it goes into arbitration by the admin team. However, if you don't do anything (and I think many people don't) then the payment is processed automatically after 72 hours. If you mark lessons as complete, there's no way you can miss the star rating and feedback box.
