reduce weight How do you do! I am a high three students, from China. I am a real "fat girl". But rising school courses, cannot exercise, and want to slim down, and want to get daily nutrition. Who can recommend me a kind of medicine reducing weight?

1-Calculater your meal's calories.

2- Go to doctor, maybe you have healthy problem (like diabet or insulin resistance). Metformin good choice for insulin resistance and it hasn't seriously side effect.

3- Don't eat sugar,white flour and white rice.

4- Don't eat transfats like hamburger or frying

 

My diet example (I have 90kg weight and %20 fat)

 

Breakfast

50gr Oats

4 Whole Eggs

10 Pcs Olive

Lunch

100gr Bulghur

150 Gr Chicken

1 Pcs Fruit (Like apple)

1 tbsp Olive Oil

 

Pre Meal

100 gr Bulghur

150 Gr Chicken

Vegetable

1tbsp Olive Oil

50gr Nuts

 

Dinner

250 Gr Fish

Vegetable

1 tbsp Olive Oil

 

185 gr Carb, 160 Gr Prot, 85Gr Fat

185x4 =  740 Kcal

160x4= 640 Kcal

85x9 = 765 Kcal

 

Total: 2150 Kcal.

You should do sport or..... do sport. 

Walking, hiking are a sport. Don't imagine you need to do intensive sport.

Associated with a balanced food, you will feel better quickly.

Nothing better than becoming Vegan ! It's perfect to have a perfect harmony between weight and health :)
