I'm sure that 'Lee Chin' sounds pretty in a Chinese context, but it doesn't sound too nice to the English-speaking ear. It sounds like 'leaching' or 'leeching', which don't conjure up pleasant images.

If you want an English name, then 'Lee' and its variants, such as Leigh or Lea, are obvious choices. Otherwise, you could go for other girls' names beginning with 'L', such as Lucy, Lisa or Lily. Lynne, Lindy, Lindsey, Linda and Leanne also have the advantage of keeping the 'n' at the end of your Chinese name.

The closest Western name to your Chinese name that I can think of is Lucia. It's a very pretty Italian name, meaning 'graceful light' and it's pronounced with a 'ch' in the middle - Loo-chee-a.
