How distinguish drinking drive and drunk driving?

The term commonly used is "drink driving" although technically it is not grammatically correct.. It comes from the slogan "Don't drink and drive".

Both are wrong. The offense is: Drinking and driving. Driving while under the influence of alcohol. "Drunk driving" is a slang.

There is no such thing as 'drinking drive' in English!!
