My interpretation: The 'closet' isn't real, it's a part of the mind where you keep unspoken thoughts and memories of bad experiences or feelings from the past. Things which you don't usually want to remember or talk about. These are the 'skeletons' in his closet: " ... I got some skeletons in my closet And I don't know if no one knows it So before they thrown me inside my coffin and close it I'm a expose it ..." So, in the song, 'cleaning out my closet' involves telling his mother how he feels about all the bad things she did when he was a child, releasing all the emotions he has kept stored in the 'closet' for so many years, getting rid of the skeletons.

It is kind of like poetry. The concept of punctuation and complete sentences doesn't apply in the normal sense. Eminem breaks a lot of the grammar rules for sentences in his songs. 2. Think of his heart/feelings as a closet where he stored his anger. He is opening up and emptying those feelings and telling people how he feels.
