What does it mean: Title (in application form) There is an item in an application form: Title (it goes after items Surname and Other names). Is it about my profession? Can I write here: Teacher?

No. It's Miss, Mrs, Ms, Dr - that kind of thing. If you are an unmarried woman, and have no PhD or medical degree, put 'Miss' or 'Ms'.

It depends on the country the form is from. In China, it is appropriate for teachers, guides, directors, etc to use their job as their official title. In most western countries, the above is inappropriate. Like Claire said, you should probably use Ms. or Mr. unless you have a doctoral degree.
