Perhaps you could ask them if they enjoyed the meal. I'm not exactly sure if you're dealing with a particular situation or not. Also, you would say "has just finished eating" instead of "just hase finished eating".

If you are looking for a fixed phrase which is always said at the end of a meal, it doesn't exist in English. Rachel and Paari have given you some good suggestions, but just remember these simply begin an appropriate conversation.

I agree with Paari. It depends on what you are doing. Are you the host? Are you a friend dining together? Do you want to clear the table?
You could also ask something like, 'Was that ok? / Was everything ok?". It's another way of asking if someone enjoyed the meal.
