Hi Andriana, All your answers are wrong for the same reason - the auxiliary verb "do" is missing. e.g. How does Alex go to work? If you look in your grammar books for information about how to form open questions in the present tense, they will explain the use of "do / does". For example, look up page 4 of English Grammar in Use, by R Murphy.
