'near' or 'near to'? Are they both correct, 'I live near you.' and 'I live near to you.' What's the difference? Thank you!

There is no difference in meaning between "near" and "near to", and both are grammatically correct. However, for some reason, "near to" is very uncommon, i.e. is very seldom used. So, to be on the safe side, just use "near". The simpler the better. Hope this helps.
