Arabic is one of the easiest languages to read as it is pronounced nearly as it is written with very few exceptions. You will be able after sometime to read it without harakat especially when you get familiar with many Arabic words and the basic structure of the sentences . Imagine a native English speaker reading "y r my bst frnd "
