Piss off can have completely different meaning in a phrase though. "I'm pissed off" means I'm really angry. This is much more common usage in US then the phrase "piss off" by itself. Bite me and "Piss off" by itself are basically the same. Bite me is common in US. I think Piss off is more common in Britain. "You're pissing me off" (this is the angry usage) "Bite me"

"all shook up" is a slang phrase. The correct phrase is: "I am all shaken up" To be shaken up means to have your emotions moved and "shaken up" so to speak. confused is the word you are looking for. Get it?

'Bite me' means 'piss off'/'get lost' yeah. 'All shook up' means nervously upset. (Agitated) I guess you heard it in that famous Elvis Presley song... It's like he has lost control over his body because he's in love. "A well I bless my soul What's wrong with me? I'm itching like a man on a fuzzy tree My friends say I'm actin' wild as a bug I'm in love I'm all shook up Mm mm oh, oh, yeah, yeah!"
