Gibt es einen Unterschied dazwischen in Bezug auf die Bedeutung?

Nein , eigentlich nicht. Der letzte Ausdruck ist vielleicht eher umgangssprachlich, das Wort Uhrzeit (statt Uhr) eher förmlich.
