Chinglish is coloquial in Hong Kong and China. Those English speakers who whey live in China, they will learned and understand. Similarly, Non-American English speakers will learn the American slangs and vise versa.
In the first example, the English speakers will grasp the meanings of "study"and "up", they can make a good guess out of it. The second example, they will grasp the "color" and "see". But, it doesn't make any sense to them. In fact, it doesn't make any sense to Chinese either. Because, it is the colloquial used in the certain area by certain group of people. As far as I know, only boys say it. its meaning is referring to beat up someone.
