What's the difference between "come here" and "come over here"? I thought both of them can be used in oral English,right? Maybe when you say "come over here" , others have to cover a longer distance to get close. Am I right? Besides, what other differences do they have? Thank you so much!

come here go over there (You shouldn't really say "come over there". People will understand you, but semantically it sounds a little strange. :P)

"come here" = "come over here" they are same in meaning

There is no difference between the two. They mean the same thing.
