"di'ak maawatan" really... yes, it's indeed an Ilocano dialect to mean "I don't understand." or closely have a literal meaning: "I don't get it." (comprehend).
"haan ko nga matalusan." is the equivalent Ilocano expression.

in addition Jciel said other mening for that word is "i dont know that" or di ko alam yan.the real spelling of that is this "indyak amo ata"

it's an ilocono phrase spoken by ilocanos (people from ilocos region). In english, I don't understand" or in tagalog "di ko maintindihan" :P
