Hello Wendy,
Your sentences are grammatically correct.
But are you talking about right now, or are you saying that you do things things normally, in general?
The present continuous is better for things that we are doing right now. If you meant now, then it should be:
The weather is sunny. I feel warm. I can wear my new clothes. I'm wearing a beautiful dress. I'm wearing shoes on my feet.
To make this even better, we should use "and" to make longer sentences:
The weather is sunny, and I feel warm. I can wear my new clothes. I'm wearing a beautiful dress and I'm wearing shoes on my feet.
To improve this more, we could add conjunctions (words like "and") which show the connections between ideas:
The weather is sunny, so I feel warm, and I can wear my new clothes. I'm wearing a beautiful dress, and I have new shoes on my feet.
Hope that helps!
