Hello, my name is Irma and I`m from Germany. So I am a native German speaker. I grew up in a small town in West-Germany. That means, that I speak a very clear standard German. In my free time I like to read and to cook. I also love to play volleyball. At the moment I am spending a year abroad in Paraguay. Here I am learning Spanish and I find it totally interesting to get to know the Paraguayan way of life and culture.

I studied German at the University of Cologne for a teaching degree. So I am a trained German teacher. Meanwhile I have many years of professional experience. I would like to help you improve your German and celebrate success in learning the German language. As a teacher, I am interested in helping you individually and to prepare my lessons based on your personal needs and goals.

Mes leçons et ma méthode d'enseignement

It is important to me that my lessons are fun and engaging. That's why I use different materials and methods. My lessons are mostly structured lessons with textbook and grammar exercises. I work via Skype or Zoom. If you want, you can also receive homework from me. We will focus on conversation. Of course, we will also work on your grammar and expand your vocabulary.

Ich habe etwa 3 Monate lang bei Irma gelernt. Mein Ziel war es, meine Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch zu verbessern. Irma hat auch meine schriftlichen Hausaufgaben kontrolliert. In dieser Zeit hat sich mein Deutsch so sehr verbessert, dass ich mich sicher genug fühlte, um auf Deutsch zu arbeiten. Irma bereitet sich immer auf den Unterricht vor und schlägt interessante Themen für Gespräche vor. Ich habe mich in unserem Deutschunterricht wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Ich kann Irma als Lehrerin sehr empfehlen!
