Hey! I'm Jacqueline from California. I love being able to engage my students in meaningful conversations and I work with students of all ages. My lessons are based on having fun with different topics and learning how to express your own personality. Creative writing is my passion, while my downtime involves music, films, and playing with my cats. I absolutely love my job! I have been teaching both online and in schools for 9 years now. I work mainly as a teacher but sometimes as an official examiner for CEFR exam certifications and I do translation work from Italian to English. I have a lot of experience teaching Business English, Academic English and General English for all different types of learner. My goal as a teacher is to help my students empower themselves to communicate effectively and speak with confidence. My lessons are for people who want to laugh at their mistakes and have fun. I generally use a communicative approach but I will adapt my method to the student as I strongly believe that everyone learns differently. As my student, you can expect a teacher who is kind, patient (a little bit sarcastic sometimes) and also someone who will challenge you to do your best. I will track your progress and help you with difficult areas so that you can stay motivated and achieve your English goals.
