Mabuhay!
Hello! My name is Danica, and I currently live in the Philippines. I have a degree in Hospitality Management. In my free time, I enjoy watching travel vlogs, reading articles, playing music, and learning new languages. I’m passionate about improving my skills and knowledge. Right now, I’m helping Japanese students improve their English. As a native Tagalog speaker, I would also love to help others learn this language.
Moi en tant que professeur
As a teacher, I am dedicated to making students feel comfortable and relaxed during classes. I’m not the strict type who lets nervousness overshadow the eagerness to learn. I believe in making learning fun and enjoyable, rather than just fulfilling requirements.
Mes leçons et ma méthode d'enseignement
My lessons cover everything from basic greetings to advanced conversational Tagalog. The goal is to help students express themselves confidently in the language. Additionally, I am happy to accommodate any special requests for lessons to meet individual needs.
My teaching style is Discussion-Based, which fosters classroom discussions and encourages students to share their thoughts, ask questions, and engage in dialogue. This approach promotes critical thinking and collaborative learning. It also allows students to contribute their own knowledge and helps them feel valued, important and included in the learning process
