My name is Zoila García. I was born in Guatemala, the fourth of eight children. I like to walk, read, cook and to get to know new cultures. I speak a good amount of English. I focus on real-life applications of Spanish. I can help you with grammar, homework, vocabulary, conversation, writing practice and anything else you might need. My schedule is open and flexible. I have experience teaching all levels of Spanish from beginners to intermediates to advanced students.

I had a wonderful grammar lesson with Zoila. She introduced the present perfect subjunctive and provided lots of practice in using it. It was a very satisfying lesson, and I'm looking forward to continuing!

Zoila is one of the best teachers I have ever had. She is extremely knowledgeable in teaching Spanish. I enjoy my classes with her very much. She is unfailingly patient. We have a lot of fun working together, learning, and make jokes in Spanish. I highly recommend her to any student.
